Free parking, Marty at the front door. Always a huge smile and a warm welcome. Pay that guy more (LOL). Tria restaurant was very good with imaginative dinner selections and outstanding adult beverages. Front desk seemed a bit understaffed, but if there was stress, personnel didn't show it. Loved the Park West art all over the walls (and I'm not a connoisseur in the least). Room was well-appointed, very comfy bed, although I do suggest a pillow menu. Very nice experience after a long day of traipsing around the HF complex

This hotel was absolutely beautiful. We felt very safe in the area. The bed was super comfortable. The hotel was quiet. We had the breakfast buffet, and the food was fresh and tasty! It was not planned, but we could watch many fireworks displays outside our window.

The staff was great. Very helpful. Only had a problem with one staff member. Older lady who checked me in. She was very rude and not helpful. I had to come back and asked the younger lady my question but everyone else was great especially the doorman

Beautiful hotel. Nice staff! The bartender Dean was my favorite! Employees really can make or break your experience and I would come back just to sit at the bar with him and the other bartenders that were there Thursday and Friday night ! 2.23 & 2.24!

The staff are amazing The reception desk team. Eric the manager of front desk and all his colleagues are extremely supportive and helpful.
